We are looking forward to a great time together at our Pastors Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. All meals, sessions, and panel discussions will take place at Grace Bible Church of Phoenix (19835 N 12th St, Phoenix, AZ 85024).
For your convenience, we’ve reserved blocks of rooms at a discounted price at Hampton Inn and Suites (2550 W Charlotte Dr) and Homewood Suites (2470 W Charlotte Dr). These are neighboring hotels located only 10 minutes from Grace Bible Church and adjacent to many restaurants and retail locations. Book your stay at Hampton Inn for $179 or at Homewood Suites for $189 per night here. The booking deadline is Christmas Day.
Each of these hotels offers complimentary breakfast. All other meals during the conference will be catered to at Grace Bible Church. Transportation to and from Grace Bible Church will also be provided. Additionally, if you need shuttle service from the airport please let us know through the registration form, or feel free to grab an Uber or Lyft. (Insert link to reg form when ready)
Registration opens at Grace Bible Church at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, January 25th. Dinner will be served at 5:00 PM followed by Sessions 1 and 2. Wednesday, January 26th will be a full day of worship, sessions, food, and fellowship at Grace Bible Church. While our Pastor’s Conference will come to an official close at 1:30 PM on Thursday, January 27th, rest and recreation events are being planned for Thursday afternoon for those who are interested (a golf outing has been generously underwritten; other events are being planned).
Another chance to reFRESH? Our GGF leadership invites you to stay for a third night (Thursday, January 27th) as a gift and opportunity to take some much-needed time to REFRESH before heading back to your congregation. If you would like to take advantage of the third night (January 27-28) you can let us know through the registration form and we will contact the hotel on your behalf to add the additional night and cover the cost.
